The Haelon, All-inclusive and well furnished second floor quiet condo in the desirable Conquistador Condominiums in Saint Augustine Shores located a short drive to beaches and the historic St. Augustine city center. This condo has been entirely remodeled and features an inviting décor with original artwork and blend of antiques and contemporary furniture. Enjoy an open living/dining room design with breakfast bar, relaxed dual recliner leather couch and large screened lanai with rocking chairs and double rocker bench overlooking lush and mature landscape and gorgeous oak canopy. Condo features new flooring, Smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms, new stackable washer and dryer, fully remodeled kitchen with new stainless appliances, granite countertops and cabinetry which is fully stocked with extensive kitchenware, variety of glassware, coffee makers, blenders, and flatware set up for the gourmet chef to dive right in. High speed Internet is included along with all utilities. The master bedroom with queen bed has an attached bath. The second bedroom features a double bed can be conveniently used for a virtual workspace already set up with large L-corner desk and superior office chair. Second bathroom adjacent to second bedroom. Access to Conquistador amenities include parking, 3 pools (one heated), tennis and pickle ball, beautiful walking areas and biking options, car wash station, grilling areas and covered pavilion. Nearby there is the Riverview Club with Olympic size pool, nature trails and fishing pier on the Intracoastal and The Shores Golf Club. The nicely shaded Shores Canopy Park is located close by for great bird watching and amazing walks to get your steps in! Shopping and area beaches are less than 10 minutes away.

Summary: This property worked perfectly for our family. I was able to use the second bedroom for my office and keep my mess out of the main living area. It was such a lovely neighborhood and everyone was so welcoming. We totally enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the beach and often went into the Historic District for dinner (loved Meehan's), We will definitely look into renting again the next time we have an extended stay in St. Augie!
