• NO OUTSIDE GUESTS are permitted. Violation of this rule will result in additional charges per guest or possible eviction
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS of any kind are permitted at our property – monitored via an exterior camera. No hanging out in driveway please
• Main living is located on 2nd floor via stairs so therefore we are not handicap accessible. We do not offer secured baby gates to block the stairs therefore not suitable for young infants/toddlers
• Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am. Please respect our neighbors
• Garage closets are off limits + monitored with sensors
