Positive: 1. Very clean apartment. 2. Modern fixtures and nice art, and it looks like it was very recently renovated. 3. In a good neighborhood, pretty close to downtown.
Negative: 1. We knew it was small from the description, but the one thing we really didn't like was the bathroom which was very small with the littlest sink I've ever seen. You can't even shave. Not really space to put anything in the bathroom and you have to keep the shampoo on the floor in the shower. 2. Finding where to park and how to get in was a problem. 3. It's basically a renovated garage and we found it to be a little expensive for what you get.
