Stay at this beautifully renovated 1950’s charmer! This family-fun packed home is the perfect stay for those looking for their Yakima "home base." It is stocked with all the amenities to make your stay fun and relaxing. Kids can enjoy the sandbox, trampoline, toy kitchen, and board games. Adults can enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, exercise room, outdoor dining area, fire table, Netflix, and more! Pets are welcome, but please follow house rules. We are thrilled to share our home base with you!
This house is centrally located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Go for casual walks around the area with total comfort. There is covered parking in the carport and a fully fenced backyard. There are extra kid-sized floor mattresses under the bunk bed and the couch is big enough to sleep two adults. Extra blankets found in the blue bench in Master. New SUPER FAST fiber internet/wifi. The Master bedroom has an adjustable king bed and a TV in the room. Watch Netflix while you get a workout in on the treadmill. You may see the maintenance manager, Michael, mowing the lawn or watering mid-week. He will wheel the garbage can out to the curb Sunday evenings and bring it back Monday after pickup.
