The Hummingbird (Unit B) A spacious 1250 sg ft 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Villa. Main entrance is on the second level above a private 2 car garage with easy access to a shared staircase and key less w/code front door. A deck with outdoor furniture is attached to entrance for red rock viewing. As you enter you will find a large living area with a brand-new cozy sofa and love seat, dining room table/chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a guest bathroom with tub/shower in the hallway leading to the two king bedrooms. The master king bedroom has an en suite with walk-in shower. The 3rd room equipped with a queen bed with separate back entrance. This unit has tile flooring throughout w/ central air conditioning and heating. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. (No Over-sized vehicles or trailer parking available)

Summary: We are a retired couple who very much enjoyed our stay at the Villa for a month. The accommodation was comfortable and very clean. The views of the mountains from the deck were beyond compare. The location was ideal for getting to the many trailheads. The hiking was amazing. Management responded quickly to the questions and concerns we had. All in all a memorable visit to Sedona.
