Summary: Everything was clean and spotless - room and public spaces. We were always greeted by staff when moving around the building. The food and service from the Laurel was also excellent. My only complaint was that one of my beverages didn't taste good. The White Russion drink was made with something other than Kahlua. The substitute was horrible tasting. However, the hostess did not charge me for that drink.
