Positive: There are so many things to write about this hotel. The stay was amazing and we were there for the Onam. Onam preparations were exceptionally well including the Sadya. From the time of checking in to check-out everything was just a call away. We were in the Club Suite. I have to mention about our personnel Butler Likhitha - she is extremely wonderful, well trained and we will request her even for our next stay. The Cafe restaurant was amazing I need to mention about Shivani, Srikutti and Chef Ramesh. The Snapper preparation made by Ramesh was outstanding. Spa was outstanding.
Negative: Nothing to point as dislikes... In my room the water pressure is little less.
