Situated in the sunbelt of Monterey with a garden in the front of the house and a retreat in the backyard. Rest, work and play.
This beautiful 1930’s Spanish beach bungalow is bright and cozy with a mix of carpet, hardwood floors and terra cotta tile. Large living room with gas fireplace, large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gourmet delight. Three cozy bedrooms, an office space, an attached “Catio” and bright bathroom with tiled bathtub and shower. There is also a laundry room with attached full bathroom and off street parking in the long driveway.
