Positive: Location Provision of linen. Website we were to bring our own. Nice surprise, site needs updating.
Negative: The step into & out of lounge room should be stated, caused some difficulty with elderly guest. Just a few plastic containers for fridge storage would be handy. Towel rails and or clothes airer. Just missing a few little necessities.
