Positive: Clean and comfortable in excellent location. Ignore the terrible entrance, it feels safe and well run once inside. Staff charming. Studio was very spacious. Fair value. A number to call out of reception hours was pointef out to us.
Negative: Our flat needed basic maintenance, curtains need rehanging yo block out light and bedroom aircon unit refixing to wall. Decor is dated, doesn't bother us though. Number to call in case of fire should be in the studio, not just in the corridors.
Summary: Dated but comfortable in great location
