## Neighborhood
The accommodation is located in the city center of Le Havre, just steps away from pedestrian streets and the town hall. Within a few steps, you will find many gourmet restaurants and various shops. Parking is payable around the accommodation from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A quick trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a good way to get around and explore the city. The nearest underground parking to the accommodation is Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15 minutes extra. Weekly package: €23.
## Notes
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Check-in: The welcome will be done in person between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover efficiently.
Check-out: Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will incur a charge of 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.
In the event of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will not be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our utmost to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
A valid identification may be requested upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the facilities will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
