Renovated 100 yr. 1605 sq. ft. house! A perfect mix of historic character/modern amenities like a large/new kitchen. 3 Full Queen beds, (3) 50 inch Smart TVs & 2 queen air mattresses! Three bedrooms / Suite / Living Room/ Sunroom. ALL bedrooms, living room & the master bedroom suite have air conditioning (5) (also 4 room fans). Awesome for 5 -10 friends on a peaceful night. Safe street in a "developing neighborhood" outside Historic Boston-Edison. 13 min from downtown Detroit, Royal Oak/Ferndale.

Our home is a classic. 100 years old. the SHAW house has been FULLY renovated top to bottom and has a modern kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas stove/oven, stainless steel sink, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, and granite countertops. Additionally expect to see a toaster, pots, pans (some nonstick), crockpot, coffee maker, teapot, blender, and any utensils you will need to call Detroit home for a few days. AND......just in case you need to wash and dry your clothes during your stay or before leaving, head down to the lower level and you will find a state-of-the-art washer & dryer (w/ detergent & bleach).

The backyard is a real jewel in the city as it's fully fenced in and has a good-sized deck (deck furniture) and firepit as well as a small two-person, charcoal grill.
