Positive: The service was the best part of the stay, followed by the location and the breakfast. It's located between 2 parks and right in the middle of the best shopping area so it was perfect mix of nature and city! Breakfast was sooo good and fresh, drooling just thinking about it right now. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Istanbul! Service was so friendly and warm, made us feel at home right when we arrived, appreciated every single person we encountered. At the end of our stay they gave us this big glass evil eye decor piece which is now hanging above our front door. Lovely touch

Negative: The lobby/facilities are probably not as grand as other St.Regis locations, but the location and everything else make up for it.

Summary: Amazing will definitely be back! Shout out to front desk and concierge for making us feel so welcome
