Positive: The location is excellent: it takes 15 minutes to walk there from Milano central train station. We were exploring Milano neighborhood this stay, and the location was the best option. The apartment is clean and warm. The linen is new. There is washing machine. There is everything you need to cook at the kitchenette, although cooking utensils are old. The ceiling is high and gives enough air to sleep well.
Negative: Cooking utensils are too old, knife is dull, no salt or sugar. Kitchen hood is not connected to a duct and makes air go back into the room. The bed mattress is too soft for me, I sleep bad on such a soft bed. And yes, the bed is high, but it was not a problem. The wi-fi router goes down by itself if you don't use it for some time, although power led is on. You need to restart it using hard button. Please add more hangers for clothes. Some mosquitos attacked us in November. The shower cabin is a little bit narrow, especially for a big man. All above is not a big trouble, but makes some space to improve ))
Summary: A good option to live while exploring Milano and especially its neighborhood
