Built in 1958, The Vineyard House is a 1,934 square-foot home with 2 bedrooms (both with king beds), 2 fully appointed baths, and a high-end sofa bed for guests needing additional sleeping space. The home reflects a ranch-style charm with flagstone floors, a petrified rock fireplace, and rocking chairs on the front porch. The home includes a back patio with vineyard views, two separate dining areas, large galley kitchen, laundry room, and a piano! We would love to host you!
It's important to us to maintain the peace and tranquility of this property, which is what so many of our guests come for. We ask all guests to be mindful of other guests, especially while using the shared pool area, and to know that we enforce our house rules to ensure that our guests in all four houses are able to enjoy the property equally. These rules include quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, no unregistered guests on the property, no parties or events, and no smoking of any kind. Violation of any of our house rules can lead to an immediate cancellation with no refund.
Please note that the working vineyard next door operates a frost fan. The fan circulates air to keep the vines from freezing when temperatures drop below 34 degrees. This can occur between late October and early May, mostly at night. The fan can be loud for some guests, so we provide earplugs in case it’s a concern while sleeping.

Bedroom 1 (King Bed): Features large, private en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub and a dual head shower. This bedroom is drenched in natural light but cozy and serene (with blackout shades) for those who wish to sleep in.
Bedroom 2 (King Bed): This bedroom features both a large king sized bed and comfortable, high-end full sleeper sofa, perfect for kids or one adult. This bedroom has access to the freshly updated hall bathroom, which features a large tiled walk-in shower.

The Place at Page Springs is a 3-acre destination in the heart of Northern Arizona’s wine country. Beautifully situated along Oak Creek, the property has been carefully designed to heighten and preserve the natural beauty of the surroundings, with vineyards, farms, towering rock formations, and the flowing waters of Oak Creek and Page Springs all providing a tranquil haven.
Page Springs is considered one of the hidden gems of the Verde Valley. The neighborhood is bordered by 2,000 acres of National Forest. Historians have described the area as "the way Sedona used to be in the early days".
The Place is a destination for those who are looking for something different. A Place to share with those you cherish. We can accommodate large groups—just send us a message and let us know what you're looking for! The Place can comfortably sleep 19 people in total between all the units. The Place does not host weddings or live events.
Guests have access to the shared pool area, pool bar, and hot tub. Comfortable access to the pool is seasonal as the water is not heated during winter months. However, the spa is heated year-round!
Additionally, guests have direct access to Oak Creek from The Place. We ask that Oak Creek is only accessed during daylight hours and that guests access the creek only from our property. If you choose to swim or bring your own watercraft, please do not dock or leave the water other than at The Place's property. All surrounding property is private. Access to Oak Creek is through a gate mere steps from The Creek House (which is also available to rent separately).
We give our guests their space, but we also live just minutes away and are available to answer questions or address anything that comes up unexpectedly.
The Place sits on three acres, with a neighboring vineyard. Occasionally there can be some noise from agricultural equipment tending to the vineyard, but most often it's quiet and peaceful!
Page Springs Road provides access to many popular wineries, restaurants, and recreation sites. This can lead to some road noise during the day, but the house is situated well off the road and traffic diminishes considerably in the evening.
You will need a car because there are not public transportation or ride share options in the area.
Help us preserve the quiet nature of The Place and Page Springs life. Please drive slowly coming in and out of the property as well as along Page Springs Road. Watch out for critters!
Our three acres provide plenty of space to explore and relax. The stars are breathtaking. We share our property with deer, beavers, otters, and countless varieties of birds, plus the occasional skunk, javelina, and even bobcat.
All registered guests of The Place have access to our outdoor oasis which includes three acres of accessible land to play and relax—swim, picnic, or simply listen to the running waters of Oak Creek or Page Springs.

By following these guidelines, you can help us maintain the high standards that make The Place a truly special destination. Please note that violating any of these rules at The Place can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund.
• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on the property. Any evidence of smoking in the home will result in a minimum $1,000 remediation fee.
• The fireplaces by the pool and in the house can only be used when Yavapai County fire restrictions are NOT in effect.
• All other fires, candles, fireworks, and open flames are prohibited. No personal grills or fire rings.
• No firearms allowed on the property.
• Do not move furniture.
• Please only put toilet paper down the toilets. No feminine products or wipes of any kind.
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• The pool, hot tub, and creek access are for registered guests ONLY and are at your own risk. You have already agreed to the water waiver by booking your reservation at The Place.
• Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property, including in the creek and pool areas.
• No glass in the pool area or at the creek. We provide plasticware.
• No sunscreen, lotion, or food are allowed in the spa. Please rinse off or use a wet washcloth to remove sunscreen/lotion.
• There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool and spa area or Oak Creek.
• Humans and animals may not enter the Page Spring water ditch.
• Parties, special events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
• We do not allow live events, live music, or commercial photography.
• Please trailer off-highway vehicles (OHVs) on and off the property, and do not drive them on the property.OHV's include all-terrain vehicles (ATV's), four-wheelers, three-wheelers, dirt bikes, motorcycles, and trail-bikes.
• No RVs or Travel Trailers on the property without prior permission.
• No camping in tents or RVs.
• No plugging power into RVs or vehicles.
• Please park in designated spaces only, not on the grass.
• Guests may not access outbuildings.
• We cannot accept cats.
• Our dog fee covers extra cleaning. Any excess damage resulting from dog activities will result in additional fees.
• Your Dog must be on a leash at all times. Your dog is not allowed in the pool or creek areas. Please pick up and dispose of your dog’s waste.
• Your dog cannot be left in the home without being crated. Please do not leave your dog uncrated when you leave the property. We can recommend local dog sitters.
• Unfortunately, our insurance policy doesn’t allow us to host dog breeds which include but are not limited to: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf hybrid, or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed above.
