This apartment is on the 5th floor of a classic building, equipped with an elevator, located on a quiet and well-lit street within 5 minutes walk from the city’s central Termini train station. The bright, comfortable and creatively-decorated apartment consists of a bedroom with one double bed (which can be separated to two twin beds), a living room with a large sofa-bed, a full kitchen, bathroom with a tub, and a small terrace to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. Buses and trains arrive directly from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport to Termini station, so reaching the apartment is straightforward and quick. It’s a lively and diverse neighborhood with lots of conveniences and historical sites within walking distance (Palazzo Massimo, Piazza della Republica, Diocletian Baths, Santa Maria Maggiore, etc.).
As your host, I will be delighted to share with you my knowledge of Rome, having lived in the city for over 40 years. I can suggest excellent restaurants and cafés and give ideas for sites off the beaten track, including for day-trips outside of Rome. I will also be happy to help with any practical questions and can be reached at any time by phone or text message.
In order to respect building rules, please do not make too much noise after 21.00. Smoking is allowed only on the open terrace. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Questo appartamento si trova al 5 ° piano di un edificio classico, dotato di ascensore, situato in una strada tranquilla e ben illuminata, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale della città. L'appartamento, luminoso, confortevole e arredato in modo creativo è composto da una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale (che può essere separato in due letti singoli), un soggiorno con un grande divano letto, una cucina completa, bagno con vasca e una piccola terrazza per gustare la colazione al sole del mattino. Autobus e treni arrivano direttamente dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino o Ciampino alla stazione Termini, quindi raggiungere l'appartamento è semplice e veloce.
