It is newly finished with everything you need for a wonderful, comfortable vacation.
"El Coco" is very private, and a short walk from the beach and transportation into town.
It is a two story walkup but worth it for the fantastic view!
All the furniture and decor in the bungalow is locally made.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.

Summary: Great little casita, on the mountain above Las Ropas playa. Everything was as advertised, but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the house is. The only “ heads up” I can offer: there are 60 steps up, quite steep and a bit rugged. After a week our legs were used to it, but it’s not for everyone!The casita is a bit isolated, which means quiet-great view-private. About 1km to the Las Ropas beach turnoff. About 2km to the nearest OXXO store. Or a 5 taxi ride to El Centro where you can buy almost anything.I will return. Very nice owner who lives just above the casitas (there are 2 identical). Aside from the hike I highly recommend!
