Positive: Plenty of parking for boats and UTV, also access to trails immediate.

Negative: No coffee maker in the room or downstairs until the morning I left. I had no idea their restaurant had closed until Ingot a message from hotel prior to my arrival. I also wish I had known the adventure center was closed
