This Patio Villa is equipped with Internet, wall mounted televisions, an adjustable queen size bed , fireplace, a recliner, private backyard, patio and bbq grill. The lanai is screened in and temperature controlled, great for reading or taking an afternoon nap! All new furnishings, an elect EZ-GO golf cart, and all the amenities to make every stay memorable. Come enjoy the barely music as you are just a short golf cart away from Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Close to swimming pools, golf courses, theaters, shopping and dining! The home is on a quiet street and the neighborhood is very friendly. The owners of this property live in the neighborhood and are happy to assist visitors with any questions that might come up.
