Positive: Great location, decent breakfast, good sized rooms with a nice balcony.
Negative: 1) Cleanliness could have been better 2) Had an issue with a rude and condescending staff member at front desk regarding payment. I did not want to pay PIX for costs incurred and there was no sign saying it had to be that way. The entire four days I was there, apparently the credit card machine was out of order. If that's the case, I suggested they fix it and put up a sign. I waited an hour for someone to bring one down and they charged me an extra 5% on top of what I owed due to payment via credit card. Rude service, zero interest or empathy with their customers and just bad hospitality all around.
