Ideally located, rue de Varenne, in the heart of the very prestigious 7th arrondissement, this beautiful Loft is in close proximity to cultural institutions, iconic monuments and luxury shops. You will walk to Saint Germain des Près as well as to the main tourist sites of Paris.

(a high ranking government residence is on the same block, and you are probably in the safest block in Paris), you will find a large blue door that will be your address for the week. You enter another security gate into a courtyard and then through another security door into an entrance lobby. One more security door brings you into a private landing, then up the stairs to a shockingly large apartment with massive windows facing the courtyard from the second floor. A beautiful open space, tastefully and comfortably decorated with two sitting areas for relaxing after a long day exploring Paris and well designed kitchen area for your daily family breakfast. Upstairs a giant loft area with three massive bedrooms with lovely queen beds, each with its own full ensuite.
A short walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Musée d 'Orsay and the Champ de Mars, you'll be in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the capital.
You'll discover Parisian gastronomy in the neighborhood's renowned cafes and restaurants.
If you are looking for a place in St Germain, this condo is a must. Unlikely a lot of homes in Paris that are tiny, dated and not as clean, this exceptional 200m2 home is spotless, beds are comfortable, spacious and new .This loft has been recently renovated (tastefully) and has everything a family may need. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The location is just the best- walking distance to Musee d’ Orsey, Musee de l’Armee des Invalides, Le Bon Marche, brand name stores, great restaurants, bakeries and patisseries. Also steps away from one of my favorites restaurants In St. Germain: Café Verenne. You can also walk to the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, if you enjoy a longer walk (25 min approx). The loft is on the 1st and 2nd floor without elevator access.

Summary: The apartment is beautifully designed and like new. There was daily housekeeping available to us and each bedroom had an ensuite bath with water closet. Towels, tp and coffee pods were replenished by housekeeping, so all we had to shop for was croissants and creamer! I highly recommend this for families, friends or work colleagues travelling to Paris! And Suma was so on top of everything. She couldn’t have been more helpful!
