For those who prefer to swim, after taking the steps down to the water you will find deep water off the dock perfect for diving and other water activities. Silver Lake is a quiet lake ~ with little boat traffic which is ideal for families with children who love to play in the water all day. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, the large multi-level deck can be accessed from the main floor and lower level, with plenty of patio furniture and outdoor dining for 6 on both the upper and lower decks.

The interior of the cottage is equally stunning with high-end finishes and solid maple hardwood floors. For the at home chef, this property boasts a chefs kitchen and BBQ with Rotisserie perfect for creating a meal the whole family will love. Guests can then enjoy the meal at the 6 seater island or for those looking for something less casual at the dinning table that sits 6-8 people. After your meal guests can relax in the living room with 15 ft vaulted ceilings and large south-east facing windows which show off the beautiful and expansive lake and forest views. The living roomis equipped with a spacious sitting area. If you would prefer to watch the game while your family is relaxing this cottage has an additional sitting area on the lower level, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove, perfect for those fall nights. For those hot summer nights, this cottage has central A/C throughout (via geothermal heating and cooling) and ceiling fans in almost every room.

On Thursdays there is a farmer’s market in town. Tours of the Big Three Lakes depart Port Carling daily.
