This beautiful condo, reminiscent of a quaint cabin or chalet, is located in Green Mansions on Tripp Lake - between Warrensburg and Chestertown. Water view from deck and bedroom. One bedroom with queen size bed and pull out sleeper chair(for child). Two queen couches in living room can sleep two each one bathroom with full shower. Sleeps six but would be close quarters - 4 is comfortable. Full kitchen, fire place, cable, wifi, deck with BBQ and fire pit. Perfect for family or for a romantic get a way!! The condo is located on a hill with water views and beach access to Tripp Lake by walking path or car.
Amenities at Green Mansions include: 9 hole golf course, Clubhouse at golf course with restaurant and bar, historic clay tennis courts(within walking distance), beach at Trip Lake with lifeguards, playground, chairs and umbrellas- Tripp Lake is a non-motorized, spring fed lake with sandy beaches, lounge chairs and safe swimming for young children, 24 hour coin laundry.
This condo is set in a beautiful, peaceful wooded setting with deck but close to everything!! Best of both worlds! 15 minutes from Lake George village but feels like you are away from everything when you are there! Perfect, relaxing spot.
Winter: skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, ice skating, hikes etc. 20 minutes to Gore Mt, 30 minutes from West Mountain(2,4,6 hour lift tickets available - great mountain for kids and families), 1 1/2 hours from White Face and Okemo, Vt. Experience the stunning beauty of the Adirondack mountains in the winter!! February is Winter Carnival every weekend in Lake George Village with tons of winter activities for the entire family!
Summer: is perfect at Green Mansions with golf, tennis, swimming and non-motorized boating and fishing on Tripp Lake with lifeguards. Minutes from the Village of Lake George with all the activity, motorized water sports, para-sailing, paddle boat rides, dining, libations, family and adult activities, weekly fireworks on the lake and all fun that you want. Truly the best of both worlds! Americaide Bike Week is held in beginning of June annually. Check out the Lake George Chamber of Commerce website for all activities in the village.
