The townhouse is located about one mile from I-10, about 20 minutes from old town and downtown Tucson, 15 minutes to Trader Joe’s and other excellent shopping, entertainment, hiking and sightseeing opportunities. This lovely one-level vacation rental is conveniently situated in northwest Tucson, offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 925 sqft with large, fenced, treed backyard and large furnished, private patio.
The unit is located in a small development of 4 plexes. It is set off the street in a very quiet neighborhood with off street parking. No parties or events are allowed.
The living and dining areas are very spacious and thoughtfully laid out in an open concept. The beautiful high ceilings allow for excellent lighting and a cozy great-room feel. A rear slider opens to a lovely covered patio, and leads to a large back concrete patio and beautiful fenced back yard. The front door opens to the great room, with the master bedroom to the right, and second bedroom smartly positioned on the opposite end of the living space, to the left. The master and bath have walk in shower, queen bed, and are beautifully furnished. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and bath with tub/shower combo a few steps away. The home has laminate wood floors throughout. The roomy galley-style kitchen is well appointed with full size stainless frig, dishwasher and gas range, good storage and is professionally equipped for cooking and entertaining. A large storage/pantry/laundry room has full-sized washer & dryer. This lovely townhome is fully furnished in mid-century modern décor, complete with linens, towels -- a lovely turn-key vacation rental. Monthly rate is $1800 (preferred); weekly is $900. I am asking pet deposit $100, and cleaning fee $250. Longer stays require first & last month deposit. I have bed & breakfast in Oregon and am not able to enjoy the winter in Tucson this year.
