Summary: There is so much to like about this hotel. The staff are so friendly & want you to have the best holiday. For example, waiters knowing your drinks & having them brought to your table as you sit down. All guest relation staff & reception staff are also very friendly & always happy to help. The food is amazing, ready made sandwiches at lunch, chef's signature dishes, so much choice & all cooked to perfection. Daily & evening entertainmemt was very enjoyable & the team were always so energetic & sociable. We had a few teething issues with our room at the beginning, which we mentioned to the staff & were dealt with extremely quickly & efficiently. One downside was that our room was the furthest away from the reception & restaurant & took us 8 minutes to walk there, via many steps (97) & very steep slopes. Very tiring at the end of the day to walk back to our room. More lights would have been handy along some of the pathways & steps. Brighter lights in the room & more storage would have made the accommodate more superior than it was. Overall we had a wonderful stay & a very enjoyable holiday.
