The home was built in the early '60's with and restored with the original terazzo floors and furnished in the mid-century modern retro style so sit back and enjoy a Manhattan with Mad Men style.

The house is located in Southgate which is one of the hot neighborhoods right now because it is close to everything. You are minutes from the best beach, shopping, downtown and the airport.

Summary: It was a lovely experience! Plenty of room for 3 kiddos and me! Everything was prepared for us. Had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach toys. It has all the household supplies you need so didn't have to buy anything. Washer and dryer were great to use after a day out. Very quiet neighborhood and only 12 min from Siesta Beach. We will be staying here again!
