You will be wowed by the contemporary design. The flooring is all hard surface with high end luxury vinyl wood like waterproof planks in all rooms except master bath.
Living room has tall ceilings, sliding glass doors leading to a lovely deck with outdoor dining and a hot tub. Enjoy the midcentury modern furniture while you watch your favorite streamed movies.
The living area opens to a fully stocked kitchen with a Cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven, keurig coffee maker, microwave, Vita mixer, dishes and even spices and more. You will love the white cabinets and sleek quartz countertops.
There are two bedrooms separated by an office with desk with 2 monitors to connect your laptop to, a chair and printer.
The master bedroom opens to the deck where you easily slip into the hot tub on a chilly evening. Double bed with a large mid century modern dresser for storage. Master has 2 closet areas. Master bathroom has a walk in huge shower.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with a tub. Each bedroom has its own TV.
2 car garage with a Tesla Charging station. Full sized washer and dryer. Free Wifi. Community has a pool as well as a club house and a small park like area to walk your dog. It is only 15 minutes from White Rock lake or ride over on your bike to the trailhead on Greenville only 2 miles away. & minutes to the best Sprout grocery store in Dallas or walk to the Tom Thumb off Skillman.
Near Presby Hospital and Medical City. Take the highways to downtown or a pleasant drive down Skillman or Abrams. Plenty of restaurants nearby or travel a few minutes more to the famous Lower Greenville area or Preston Royal area. We know how to eat in Dallas!
