Are you looking for a stay with breathtaking views? Look no further! We are located near all the outdoor activities Lake Tahoe has to offer. Plus, it's situated right on the lake! You won't have to travel to enjoy skiing or water sports. Simply cross the street to reach the lifts of Homewood Ski Resort or walk less than 100 yards to reach the marina. Start your day with a refreshing cold plunge in the lake, and then relax in our steam shower and bathtub.
Our properties are unique because you can easily hop off the lifts and head straight to the lake without having to drive. You'll enjoy incredible views of the lake and mountains, as well as the convenience of being close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and outdoor adventures. Even if you decide to stay in and relax during your stay, our villa has everything you need, including a steam shower, powerful jetted bathtub, heated floors, chef's kitchen, paddleboards, board games, and more! You will have a very quiet pebble beach in front of the villa with access to a shared pier.

*This is a listing for two separate villas* The villas are located next to each other and have identical layouts and decor. The main difference between the two units is the view from the main window. The lakefront unit (Villa B) has an unobstructed view of the lake, while the lakeside unit (Villa C) has a view of two villas, but the lake is still nearby and visible.
Both units have access to the shared pier and beach area. Villa B also has a steam shower and heated floors, whereas Villa C does not.
We love having furry friends around! There is an additional fee of $150 per dog, which will be charged after you book. If you're bringing a dog, please let us know so we can make sure the property is all set to welcome your four-legged buddy. Just a heads up, if your dog causes any damage or if extra cleaning is needed, there will be an additional charge.
Boating and Water Activities:
Guests can rent boats or jet skis from Homewood | SWA Watersports or other boat rental companies located in North Lake Tahoe. Please note that we do not provide buoys, but we can assist you in setting one up with Homewood Marina. The home includes 4 stand-up paddle boards and life vests for your use.

Each villa has 3 full bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a loft with an additional queen bed. Each property has a beautiful open kitchen and dining area and a family room with breathtaking views of the lake. We have a private yard and access to the beach and shared pier.

One gas BBQ at each villa (Removed in winter. Tools & propane provided)
Outdoor Furniture: Two Lounge Chairs w/Side Table & Adjustable Umbrella. Four beach chairs (removed in winter).
Four paddleboards (removed in winter).
Washer/Dryer w/Iron & Ironing Board
Linens, toiletries, and supplies provided.
Please take good care of the items provided, so everyone can continue to enjoy all the amenities. If something like a paddle, life vest, beach chair, or key goes missing, there will be an extra charge of $60 USD per each item.

BEAR PREVENTION POLICY
Please take these steps to prevent unwelcome bear visits:
- Don’t leave ANY windows or doors open on the first floor. Screens are not bear-proof. Lock the windows on the first floor at dusk and keep them locked all night. Windows on second and third floor can remain open at night for ventilation.
- Be sure to lock all 3 doors on the first floor every evening and through the night (bears are most active after dusk). Bears can easily open doors that are unlocked.
-Don’t leave food in cars. Bears will break in to get food.
-Don’t leave any garbage near the property and dispose of trash in nearby bear-proof designated receptacles (please be sure they close completely).
-Don’t leave pet food outside and don’t feed pets outside.
-Leave a radio or TV on when not at your property.
-Be dominant, not submissive, if a bear comes onto your property.
-Don’t stand there and take photos. The bear will think this behavior is okay.
-DO NOT FEED THE BEARS!
To avoid any unexpected visits from our furry friends, please follow all the recommendations above. If a bear does happen to wander into the villa or your car, we won’t be able to offer a refund. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and happy!

We DO NOT host dogs.
No visible trash may be left outside due to bears. All trash should be deposited inside the bear resistant trash bin.
