Positive: Cleaning lady was the only useful and staff working in the hotel. Easy to book and near a surfer beach. Easy check in. Close to temple. If you are looking for a self check in hotel with streamlined staff and privacy, this is the place.

Negative: Staff only available at the bar. Trouble checking in. Was expecting a 6 th floor room but kiosk didn’t offer it. Called staff and restaurant for help with TV but no one responded. Called restaurant for reservation for dinner meal no answer. Front desk stated dinner sold out and we arrived at 4 pm. Room was smaller than the pictures. AC unit did not blow cold air. Called staff but no response. Not located on the beach. No sidewalk to the beach. Hotel pictures and details need to be updated. No outlet in the bathroom
