The Space:
This very secure private villa, spread over two levels comes complete with two large Airconditioned bedrooms upstairs, overlooking the private pool downstairs. Each bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV and a large private en-suite bathroom. Downstairs the master bedroom is secluded from the rest of the villa with a private entrance at the end of the inground pool. This bedroom is much larger with en-suite and fully airconditioned The living/kitchen dining area overlooks the pool and can be totally closed by two sets of sliding doors. There is no air-conditioning here as the beauty is being able to open the doors and have fans circulating the air through. There is a large flat screen smart TV in the living area which is stone tiled throughout. The villa also comes with full secure lock up garage for bikes, cars, etc
The villa’s 2 available bedrooms are situated upstairs, both with king sized beds, wall-mounted aircon, TV, mini bar fridge and study desk/work station. Each bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower although one bedroom also has its own bathtub. On this upper lever, you’ll also have use of a deck with daybeds overlooking the rice-paddies.
For the ultimate in convenience, the villa comes with the services of a host who is there to organise your heart’s desire, be it booking restaurants, in-house dining, grocery/alcohol deliveries, day trips, car/motorbike/bicycle rental, massages, yoga sessions, spa treatments, activities and a long list of other services. You only have to ask and your host will make it happen.
Guest Access:
We can organise a driver to meet you at the airport and also transfer you back for a very reasonable price and they will take you to the villa and carry your bags for you when you arrive
The Neighborhood:
Located between Seminyak and Canggu, is one of Bali’s best kept secrets, offering a charming mix of rice fields, local life and restaurants /bars. The villa itself is ideally positioned, a few minutes’ walk to eateries and the Liga Tennis Centre, and just 10 minutes’ drive to the beach. For more dining/bar and shopping options, Seminyak and Canggu are both about 15 minutes away by car, while Ubud is only an hour away, well known for its monkey forest and surrounds featuring lush rainforest and terraced rice paddies dotted with Hindu temples and shrines.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Gojek (like Uber) are easy to find in Bali and cheap. You may prefer to hire a bicycle or for around $10-$15 per day we can help you to hire a motor cycle but you must know that to be fully insured you need an international motorbike license and you must check your travel insurance

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-inprocess.
* We can organise a driver to pick you up from the airport and drop you back at the end of your stay -simply let us know in advance.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
