3 Bedroom Condo in North End, Kelowna

Wake up to unobstructed views of the sparkling Okanagan Lake. In the heart of the Kelowna's Cultural District, this three bedroom, three bath condo is within walking distance to all that downtown has to offer. Located in Discovery Bay Resort one of the best waterfront resorts in Kelowna. Your suite is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and the waterfront boardwalk/bird sanctuary is only steps away. The primary bedroom has its own smart TV and a king size bed and full en suite. Second bedroom has two bunk beds, plus a trundle bed. The loft is spacious with a king bed and 1/2 bathroom and it own smart tv as well. All our beds are high end and VERY comfortable.
The amenities are what make Discovery bay the best resort on Sunset Drive, guests have access to 2 pools (outdoor pool is seasonal, indoor open all year round), 2 hot tubs, games room (with pool table, ping pong/ table tennis, Foosball and TV's), steam/sauna room, and a gym. You also have your own laundry in suite with a stacker washer/dryer unit and we provide the laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the dinning table seats 5 plus 3 bar seating. There are three TVs in this unit and they are all "SMART TV'S" so you can easily access your own Netflix account. This unit is also equipped with a sound surround SONOS entertainment system.
This unit is on the 6th floor and has a stunning view of the lake and resort pool area. This unit comes with one parking stall and any additional cars need to park on the street which is paid parking.
Must be minimum 25 yrs old to book with us (children or grandchildren are welcome).
