Completely updated in 2020, this second-floor, waterfront condo is North Ocean City living at its finest. You'll be within a short stroll of the beach, great restaurants and bars, shops, and all sorts of activities, with two community outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, and beautiful balcony views of the canal waiting to welcome you back home.
This condo features a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar. There's a dining room directly off the kitchen that flows into a spacious living area. Enjoy central air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, three TVs, streaming capability, a DVD player, and a main balcony boasting gorgeous views of the canal and the bay in the distance. The private laundry facilities and a half-bath are located off of the common area.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and balcony access overlooking the canal. The second bedroom has a private bathroom and balcony access on the front side of the building.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Summary: The condo itself is very nice and updated. The beds however are very uncomfortable. Not related to the condo, but the cleaning service used is terrible. The condo was dirty when we checked in, floors haven’t been mopped in quite sometime. The fridge was dirty, the toilet bowel rim hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, the second shower was clogged and the tub was filled with sand. The dust on the headboards was proof that they had t be dusted, again, in quite sometime. One of the sheets and pillow cases were stained. I spent a good amount of time after arriving cleaning. I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival.
