Prefer a couple or small family. Available for the full winter only - out by Memorial Day. A rare find - fully renovated, charming, Water Mill farmhouse with a pool house, fenced in yard and pool. Close to everything - minutes from stunning Flying Point and Scott Cameron beaches. Two minutes to Hampton Jitney, farm stand, Provisions health food, and restaurants, minutes to Southampton and Bridgehampton villages, quiet neighbors, good privacy. The new Shou Sugi Ban Spa is within walking distance, while Parrish Art Museum, Duckwalk Vineyard, and Watermill village are very near.
Outdoor paradise. Separate spacious pool house with kitchenette and full bath, ideal for quiet office or recreational space or fourth bedroom for in-laws. Deck, BBQ, outdoor dining, pool side table, plenty of lounge chairs.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Viking stove opens out to deck and into living room. Off of that is the TV/den. Full bathroom downstairs (and two upstairs) for after the beach with laundry. Basement has smallish additional room for games, exercise, etc.
House has three bedrooms with an on-suite master bath (clawfoot tub and walk in marble shower) and 3 additional full baths. Second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath across the hall. Third bedroom is smaller with a twin bed with the third full bath just down the stairs. Fourth bedroom is in the pool house with full bath, kitchenette, and complete privacy. A/C, Wifi, cable, etc.
We are new to VRBO with this house (hence no reviews for this property) but we have plenty of former renter references with only good things to say. Owners are a full time decorator and an engineer with a long history of happy renters and 5* reviews.

Summary: We stayed at Bud and Caroline’s house in Watermill for a week and it was a perfect getaway home for my family – everything we needed. The location was ideal. Watermill is at the center of everything. It was 5 minutes to the Jitney, 5 minutes to Southampton, 5 minutes to Bridgehampton, 15 minutes to Sag Harbor and 10 minutes by bike to Flying Point Beach. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house is full of beautiful fabrics, colors, and detailing. Outside there is a private, fenced-in back yard where our kids and dog played. The kitchen opens to a back deck. We had amazing weather so many outdoor meals, taking advantage of the deck and grill. The pool was heated and has a great pool house, which served as a good retreat for our teenager and my folks looking for a little quiet. It would have made a perfect office … had we needed that. We actually used the AC, which we never expected to need in May. We had 4 drivers and 4 cars, all parked legally. There was a basement which we would have used for workouts, had the weather not cooperated so well. This was a great little vacation. I hope we can do it every year.
