Welcome to our newly remodeled Scholl Rd home. This is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath single family home in the heart of University Heights. Tree lined streets, super family friendly, safe, and quiet. It is about 10 to 15 minutes drive to popular destinations including Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, CWRU, and John Carroll University, and just a quick 5 minute drive to Whole Foods, Target, Planet Fitness, local bakeries, coffee shops, and more.
The home features a beautifully updated kitchen, a breakfast nook area, hardwood floors throughout, and all major appliances. Half bathroom on the first floor, a big living room with a Smart TV, and a formal dining room that seats 6 people. There is also a large sunroom office area with its own private entrance.
The second floor has 3 large bedrooms with one king, one queen bed, and full bed. Plenty of closet space. Full bathroom (shower/tub combo) on the second floor too.
