Four bedrooms two of which are master bedrooms with 2 KING BEDS both with en-suite bathrooms. 5 SMART TV's with premium cable channels. Lounge and Dining area for 8-10 guests. Furnishings were tastefully selected from Restoration Hardware. Four bedrooms equipped with Luxury Pillow Top Mattress’s and Smart TV's, 3 Full Bathrooms with Showers and one bathtub. Gourmet Chefs Kitchen with built in Miele appliances and Ice Maker. Premium Nespresso Coffee machine. Main lounge room has seating for 10 people with a 60 inch Smart TV with Netflix and premium cable channels. This Location doesn’t get any better. A Quiet street with the Entertainment, Financial and Shopping Districts at your door step. Metro Convention Centre, CN Tower, Scotiabank Center, Toronto’s Top Restaurants and night clubs, Hospitals, Union Station, City Hall and the list goes on. Ground level access to your front door and private patio with gas BBQ. Enjoy your own private business centre with Wireless printer, and high speed internet. You will have full use of the building amenities including the Gym, Sauna, Billiards Room, Outdoor Hot tub, And Entertainment rooms located on the 6th floor. Family Vacation, Business Travel, Conferences this is the perfect Property! 24 hour boutique grocery store just steps away.
