This beautiful finished in 2014 house with a traditional thatched roof, shutters and typical local fieldstone fence enjoys a quiet location in a newly created holiday home area. It offers ample space for five holiday guests (two double bedrooms, one with single bed) and has a shower room with WC and sauna upstairs and a guest toilet on the ground floor.
On the ground floor a 30 sqm large living-dining area with comfortable couch is the fireplace, satellite TV and in addition to a fully equipped kitchen is a large dining table for 6 persons available. The spacious terrace seating offers a magnificent view of the landscaped pool and much morning and evening sun.
