This is my personal residence that I am offering, as I am going out of the country for the summer.
Amazing 360 Degree city and San Diego Bay views, this property is very high end. Featuring all the most comfortable and contemporary furniture. Spend your summer in luxury.

This is known to be one of the top buildings in San Diego. The location is a block away from the water, and walking distance to Seaport village, Rady Shell and everything San Diego has to offer. Really no need for a car, as everything is right here.
As I mentioned this is my private residence, not a typical rental, so Im looking to rent to someone who is going to take good care of my property and things.
The HOA requires a 1 month minimum rental, so I can't do anything shorter than that.
