Your accommodation is located at the gates of the historic district of Pornic and only 100m from the blue flag beach of “La Noëveillard”, the marina, bars and restaurants.This 160m² family villa and its wooded park has two double bedrooms upstairs with a 160x200 bed, a 160x200 bed (2x80x200 pull-out bed) then on the ground floor two double bedrooms with a 140x200 bed and two 90x200 beds or a large 180x200 bed that can thus accommodate up to 8 people.Enjoy an independent kitchen with all the appliances you need to make you feel at home (stove-oven, American fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Malongo coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and juicer). The living-dining room with wifi access and fireplace enjoys a small sea view. The electric barbecue is available on the balcony. On the same floor you will find a double bedroom with sea view and a double bedroom with pull-out bed as well as a bathroom and separate WC.
