Located in a quiet area, this pretty villa is built on a large enclosed plot of 10 ares with spectacular sea views and close to the shops. The plot contains many terraces, a Mediterranean garden and a 4mx8m swimming pool with Roman stairs with private parking for 2-3 cars. The solarium located on the roof and accessible by an external staircase allows you to see the whole Cumbre del Sol as well as the Mediterranean in a breathtaking panoramic view. Outside the summer season, the swimming pool can be heated.
You can enter the house either from the front of the villa via the stylishly furnished living room, or from the back via the very "cozy" dining room. This is connected to a fully equipped open kitchen. The sea and the garden are visible from all the living rooms.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with 2 twin beds), One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room with WC. The other bathroom has a bathtub and WC.
All rooms have individual air conditioning and radiators.
The utility room with washing machine and separate sink is accessible from the garden where there is a large fixed clothes line and a mobile clothes line.
The villa is accessible for people with reduced mobility on the entrance side of cars because the terraces leading to the villa entrance are flat. A 2-minute walk away is a large supermarket as well as various other shops (newsstand and beach equipment, hairdresser, pharmacy,… and 2 restaurants, one with lounge bar and large public swimming pool). The villa has a WIFI internet connection and ASTRA satellite TV (all languages) with DVD.
All basic baby equipment can be made available free of charge on request (1 cot, 1 high chair, changing mat, bath chair).
