We propose you to the rent, in Belgodère, this charming air-conditioned villa with sea view, at approximately 800 meters of the beach of Lozari, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 14 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a private garden of about 10 m² and a terrace. We are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 14 m² with TV, Wifi included, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (heated, shared) open from April to October (opening dates non-contractual, subject to modification by the residence), secured by a gate with specific opening. A paddling pool is also available for the little ones (10m x 25m) with a depth of 165cm.
- A private garden of about 10 m² with furniture, enclosed by shrubs, sunny until noon.
- A terrace of about 6 m², sunny from the afternoon to the evening, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, baby bed, plancha.
The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant and quiet environment within a residence. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
