Villa Anais is a nice cosy holiday home, located in a quiet residential urbanisation in Sant Cebrià, between the towns of Sant Pol de Mar and Canet de Mar.

On the ground floor you’ll find the living area with interior dining table, Smart TV and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen.
On this floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom:

- kids room (bunk bed)
- bathroom with bath tub and shower

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom:
- master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and balcony
- double bedroom
