"Villa Appennini" is a group of two-room or three-room apartments villa, arranged on the ground floor and the first floor. Each unit has a private garden with parking place inside.
The complex is situated in a quiet green area, a short walk from the Centre of Lido, served by all convenience stores and about 400 meters from the sea.

Apartment in a villa on the first floor with common entrance with another unit, a large balcony, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a room with a bunk bed and an additional single bed, a second bathroom with shower cabin.
