Nice and cozy villa very close to ibiza center, well connected to go to the beautiful beaches of lbiza, near the airport.
The house has 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people, with a maximum capacity of 9 people maximum. It has a private pool, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc ... a large dining room, porch and terrace with barbecue, has a space for two vehicles. the house is fenced and the ground floor is rented fully equipped and furnished. And on the first floor there is another totally independent house in which a family lives all year.
It has a small independent studio with private bathroom, ideal for the service.
It has barbecue, garden, terrace, and relax area and a Chillout Area.
The guests can count on me to consult anything they need and I will be willing to inform them, advise them and tell them everything they need to be at home and I will tell them of the places they can visit, good places to eat , buy, the beaches that you can not go without visiting.
The farm is located in a quiet part called Can Sifre and near the city of Ibiza, Supermarkets in 5 min. around the house quiet area. Las Salinas the largest natural park of 8 min. from here with a beautiful sea View. The House is not in a Holiday area !!!
The airport is 5 minutes away. Very well communicated to go to all the municipalities that surround the center of the city of ibiza.
Beautiful villa three km from the city of Ibiza, private pool, three bedrooms, double living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, fully equipped, air conditioning, wi-fi, parking. The house is located three km from ibiza and playa den Bossa, equipped with all amenities, is ideal for families and groups.

I would recommend to rent a car so they want to convert the island, otherwise close to the house you can take public transport. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and until 9:00 p.m.
