Spectacular, with great energy, colors, tudor-style house! Walking distance to the beautiful beach, restaurants, a variety of services, train station that would take you to San Diego or Los Angeles. Very comfortable 2 bedroom/1 bath house with everything brand new: washer/dryer, refrigerator, furniture, TVs. mattresses, dishes, utensils, pots, towels, etc...

Right around the corner from this home, you'll find VITAL climbing gym, offering rock climbing for all ages. Cross the street to Bagby Beer Company for a pint and dinner, and head down to Oceanside Pier afterward to catch a Pacific sunset. Summary: The house is charming, great location (within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, breweries, etc), well maintained backyard, and dog friendly. While the house is charming, it needs some upgrades, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The first night, we were without heat because in order to turn the heater on, it needs to initially be on the maximum setting. We emailed the property manager at 6am and they responded within 5 minutes to advise.
