Positive: Nice garden, very practical additional shower in the garden, the house had everything needed for preparing food in the kitchen, nice patio, house was clean and comfortable, placed in silent area near nice beaches, especially very beatiful one in Vendicari Park The bigger shop is few minutes by car in Pachino, but everyday in the morning there were some sellers coming by car and selling delicious cornetti and bread as well, this reminds me of similar tradition in villages and smaller cities in Poland, which was extra nice! There is also a small shop in few minutes walk from villa. Villa is placed few minutes by car to Marzamemi and Pachino where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Very close is Calamoshe Beach and the observation point of the Flamingo's. Villa is located not far from the streets by which you can get to bigger cities for sighseeing like Noto, or Siracusa. So I find it a nice place for traveling across eastern Sicily. There is enough place in the yard to leave the car. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, where you can relax from noises of the city, enjoy time with friends and family, enjoy being close to the sea, not in extra crowded area, this will be a good choice. The owner is really nice, helpful and friendly person 🙂 We really enjoyed our stay.
Negative: Toilet inside the house could be visually renovated, it was not bad (comparing to what I have seen in other holiday houses in my life) it was really clean, with no mold or nothing like that, but visually it could be improved, similar with furnitures in the rooms and kitchen, however one cannot expect 5 stars hotel standard in a holiday house for such a good price :)
