Positive: As usual we stay here every time we are in Puerto Vallarta and I keep staying here due to the facilities and mostly the good service from staff.
Negative: I didnt like the fact that they didnt respect my early check in request as they said they would. We had a long flight and I wanted to get to the room nap a few hours then go on about my day but they didnt accommodate as they stated they would causing me to not maximize my day the day of arrival since I didnt want to do activities right away.
