Around it, comfortable sun loungers, a charming shaded veranda, and an outdoor shower with hot water transform every day into a moment of pure pleasure. The spacious outdoor kitchen with stove, pizza oven, and gas BBQ invites you to spend convivial evenings under the Sicilian sky, while the elegantly furnished outdoor living area offers comfortable sofas and a large dining table: an inviting and relaxing setting where you can gather, share meals and conversations, and enjoy Mediterranean living.
Inside, the villa offers almost 200 sqm arranged over two levels, featuring bright interiors and an authentically Sicilian atmosphere. On the ground floor, a spacious living room is the ideal place to unwind at the end of the day, next to a fully equipped kitchen with rustic charm. A utility room with pantry and a full bathroom add further practicality to the living area.
The ground floor also includes a comfortable double bedroom with air conditioning, private TV, and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Going up to the first floor, you will find three additional double bedrooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with their own TV, along with a bathroom with shower and a small terrace overlooking the sea.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.
You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside, guided bus tours, or even a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.
For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.
Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).

Additionally, it is only a 20-minute drive from all essential services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars.
The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.
To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.
Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to three large vehicles.
