Positive: The staff , especially the receptionists were very friendly and supportive It is a not a big hotel, therefore its atmosphere is much more personal The interior is exceptional, You can have a feeling alike in a boutique hotel
Negative: The elevator shall be renewed Some warm dish at the breakfast would be welcome Compared to the closest metro and suburb train station ( Valley Aurelia) although the distance is just around 400 meters but uphill at a very narrow sidewalk it is quite difficult to access. Having learnt it we used metro station Baldo dealing Ubaldi, from where it is a much longer walk ( close to 1 km), but using much more comfortable doorway without major change of altitude
