Villa Fernanda is in a great location, just a few meters from the nearest beach and a few minutes drive from the historic town of Alcudia. The villa also offers you all the comforts for a pleasant vacation and is the perfect property for guests who want to enjoy a quiet vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of a city, but also close to all services and amenities. The best beaches with crystal clear waters can be reached on foot, just a few minutes away.
The Space:
On the second floor of Villa Fernanda, there is a living-dining room with high ceilings - furnished with three comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a satellite TV. The dining area has a wooden dining table that seats six guests, the whole room is spacious and very bright and has access to the beautiful balcony that provides lovely sea views. The master bedroom is located on this level and has an en suite bathroom. On the lower level, there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom, and between the two floors, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen (renovated with high-end materials) and a laundry room.
Please note, air conditioning is available from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00 am.
