Recently renovated, the villa has five air conditioned bedrooms, a fabulous double living room, a dining room, and a designer kitchen, all in luxurious and modern comfort.
A stunning modern villa located in the exclusive gated Domaine de l'Escalet with a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean and direct access onto Escalet Beach. The property has been newly renovated and re-designed to offer 5 deluxe bedrooms, a master double with en-suite bathroom and a picture window to the sea, two large double bedrooms both with en-suite and another large double and a children's room with two bunk beds. Downstairs there's a huge living room opening onto the sun terrace, designer kitchen with all mod-cons , dining area and a second living room with comfy seating. The property can sleep 10 people and is fully air-conditioned and security alarmed.
Outside, the villa is fronted by a large teak deck terrace with relaxed outdoor seating, natural coal BBQ and dining area. There's a 12m infinity pool surrounded by loungers which overlooks the sea and can be heated.
